Updated Building Regs 2022

The updated Building Regulations for England took effect in June 2022. HThe major changes were to Approved Documents Part F (Ventilation) and Part L (Conservation of fuel and power) and the release of a new Approved Document for Overheating (Part O) and Infrastructure for charging electric vehicles (Part S).

New offices (Jun 2011)

We have moved from our Hillside Road base, to our new home at 48a Northampton Road, Market Harborough

Not to make things easy for us this is a project in itself! The property is known to many of the older residents of Market Harborough as "The Old Vets" and is in need of considerable refurbishment and renovation work.
